CM chicken in IL? Had to make the trip here to try it out from WI. Service is top-notch. The owner and the servers are super kind and accommodating. They’re always checking to see if you’re okay and super attentive. The atmosphere is a mix between a Korean restaurant and a boba shop (exactly what their identity is). As for the food, make sure to try their snow onion chicken. The combination is out of this world. Whichever CM Chicken you go to, this is the go-to. Ask for the sauce separately, if you want to try the chicken on its own and maintain the crunchiness. The tiki gizzard is very unique. Korean restaurants usually just stir fry the chicken gizzards but they deep-fry it with a coating and apply sauce. I tried the red hot on and it really has that kick. As for the spicy carbonara, it is the Buldaak Spicy Carbonara with mushrooms, scallions, and chopped chicken tenders. The restaurant is located inside a plaza, so parking is plentiful. Overall, A+!

Finally made it to this location near the end of September last year and was a very pleasant first experience. This was the 3rd time around trying a CM location but sadly this is the closest location to home and took us this long to try them. That's part of why I like living in the Chicago area, there's just so many hot spots opening up and Korean Chicken is a mouthwatering sensation that keeps becoming more popular each day. In the vein of such places like K-Coop and BBQ Chicken, CM delivers the good stuff. Whenever we visit a location, my wife & I typically order different flavors and share between each other. We really do dig the Garlic Soy, Honey Garlic and Galbi. The chicken is what I mainly come here for but there's been other times where the older of my two sons will either have the CM Original Gold Fried Chicken or Ramen. My wife also likes the fried rice here as well. We do like the different styles of French fries also. Can't say I've ever had any alcoholic beverage here so I apologize if I'm unable to rate any libations here. With it being only an 11-12 minute drive from our house in Beach Park, this location is gonna see a lot more of us, this chicken is too good!

I absolutely love this place. I come with my family all the time, any time people ask me where can they eat, I always say this place. I’ve made TikTok videos, post online on how much I love this place. They are so nice and the food always comes out fresh, even when it’s delivered too! I highly recommend it!!

Absolutely amazing food, service, and atmosphere! Honestly, it takes a lot for me to write a review because usually, as bad as it sounds, I can't be bothered. This place 100% deserves a 5-star rating. I've been bringing my family here for about a year and they never disappoint! The chicken (any flavor) is always great, but my go to is the tteokbokki and squid bar, sooo good! The staff is always so polite and attentive, service is always quick, and the atmosphere is clean and fun. They also have a boba bar and little korean snack/ice cream section that is a must try! If you're having a craving for some amazing Korean food, or just amazing food in general, definitely check it out!

My friend said we had to try it and let me tell you he was right! The chicken wings are some of the best I have ever had. The selection was great. The spicy chicken was great with a slow burn. The service was great! Do yourself a favor and come for some great food!
